Summer Cake Continued

Lemon CakeWhite Chocolate Ganache White chocolate Heavy Cream Lime zest Yogurt Whipped cream Melt the white chocolate. Boil the heavy cream and the lime zest. Pour it on the chocolate. Mix. Add the yogurt. Add the whipped cream. To assemble the cake: Place 1 rectangle of sponge cake, soak with berries syrup. Spread 900grs of lime curd and encrust 1 pint of each berry. Place on top the other rectangle of sponge cake soak it with more syrup and spread the white chocolate ganache. Let it cool for at least 3hs. Cut it with a bread knife in 24 pieces of 4cm x 8cm Place berries on top (2 pints of black berries, 2 pints of raspberries and 1 pint of blueberries)
