In the words of 30 Rock's Jack Donaghy, "Money can't buy happiness, it is happiness."
Alec Baldwin is still searching for his happiness it seems, as his struggle to sell his Amagansett home enters its second act.
The seven-bedroom home first hit the market back in September of 2022 with a hefty listing price of $29 million. Following a slow response from buyers, it was taken off the following September and now, it's back on, but for a much lower $18.995 million.
It seems this go-around the actor's real estate team is taking a different strategy, first pushing the five-acre property as the perfect starter compound with plenty of room to grow and build, and second, pushing the actor himself.
Sure, it's often a strategy for a celebrity to release an Architectural Digest tour of their home, walking plebeian viewers through the work of their interior designer, knowing that in a year's time they'll plan to put it on the market and that the video will help push a sale along, but we can't say we've seen a celebrity film themselves touring their home... for their real estate brokerage's Youtube channel?
