Andy Warhol's Oceanside Montauk Estate Is On The Market For $85 Million

Any takers? This beautiful Montauk estate formerly owned by Andy Warhol in the '70s is on the market for $85 million. Bought by J. Crew CEO Mickey Drexler back in 2007, this breathtaking slice of land has a lot to offer. Aside from the simple fact that it’s filled with history (the family of Arm & Hammer baking soda built the compound back in the 1930s, while Mick Jagger, Jackie O, and Liz Taylor partied there in the '70s), thirty of its acres are waterfront property, 24 acres are horse pasture paired with a 29-stall barn, and the rest is left to the 15k square feet of living space.

Who doesn’t need a nine bedroom, 11.5 bath estate in the Hamptons? At $85 million, this makes Eothen (the name of the estate) the most expensive listing in Montauk at the moment. We can’t wait to see who the newest owner in its long list of all-stars is!
