The original listing price for the 3 bedroom oceanfront retreat was $45,000,000. Three years later and still on the market, the price is now down to $39,000,000. Which I think we should all be able to agree is still such a crazy number that he won't be moving out any time soon... Even with Sagaponack being the most expensive neighborhood in The Hamptons!
