This French bistro, with a cool St Barth's atmosphere, definitely knows what it's talking about when it comes to brunch. They serve some amazing egg dishes such as the Croque Monsieur or Croque Madame, a toasted brioche bread with ham and melted swiss cheese topped with a sunny side up egg.
