Estia's Little Kitchen is a homey restaurant serving delicious breakfast with a Mexican twist. The cooks tend to mix it up, leaving customers surprised. Indeed, a customer could make a custom dish that could then be put on the menu. Alec Baldwin ordered an egg white burrito with spinach, diced vegetables, and a veggie burger and this dish is now known as "Big Al's Burrito." They also have different choices of omelets and delicious buttermilk pancakes.
