About: It is Almond's 4th year at the main street location in Bridgehampton. The duo behind this successful French Bistro is modernizing the bar for the 2014 season. Mixology is an art form, and no one knows this better than mixologist Justin August Fairweather. Fairweather brings his own zest to the menu, with both deconstructed cocktails and infused cocktails. Fairwather believes in seasonality, and some of his creations include fig infused Sangria, smashing pumpkin with Greenport porter, pumpkin pie ale and Irish whiskey. So take a load off and sip a house-made cocktail!
