Estia's Little Kitchen
Don't let the name deceive you. This local favorite is a hidden gem in the Hamptons. Priced fairly, with locally sourced and grown food, this oasis is great for fresh food and a relaxing atmosphere. Known for their light and fluffy pancakes that melt in your mouth, they can be prepared plain, with chocolate, or with locally grown blueberries and/or strawberries. Estia's can often have a small wait but don't fret - you can kick back and relax under an umbrella in the garden behind the restaurant while nursing your Sunday hangover with a green juice. This spot has been around for decades and we definitely know why.
