In pursuit of what can only be assumed is a plot for complete culinary domination, Il Mulino is adding to its ever growing empire this spring with a location out East. The now closed Osteria Salina, which sits on the border of Wainscott and East Hampton Village, will serve as the location for the sure-to-be dining hot spot.
"After a little fix up, we are planning on a soft opening in April for family and friends, and we'll be ready to go after that," owner Lee Katzoff told the East Hampton Star.
And while April may seem far away, don't kid yourselves people. Reservations are already coming in. Needless to say, it's never too soon to get your meal planning in order in the Hamptons.
