When I waitressed last summer at my local country club, I could usually predict orders before they emerged from golf-weary diners. He'll have the T-bone and she'll take the Carriage Salad, non-fat dressing on the side, without the bacon. While I understand the lady's concerns (that new Lilly Pulitzer tennis dress mustn't go to waste!), rabbit food is not, cannot be the only option. And in the Hamptons, anyway, it isn't. We parsed a few south fork favorites so that you can have your Zimmerman bikini and wear it too. Additions are welcome!
