One of downtown's most beloved date night spots is living la dolce vita out East this summer!
Fans of il Buco's seasonal Italian dishes and rustic, chic aesthetic are in for quite the treat at the restaurant's newly opened Amagansett outpost, il Buco al Mare.
Posted up right in the center of town on Main Street, the sure-to-be hot spot features a simple, relaxed menu by Chef Justin Smillie focused on highlighting local seafood and produce.
Dig in to Blistered Prawns with fresno chili and ginger, Seared Octopus with black olive and bulgur, Grilled Whole Mackerel with lima beans and radishes alongside raw bar offerings like oysters, crudo and sashimi.
Desperate to bring some of the il Buco patinated magic home? Just head next door to their store, il Buco Vita, to shop their line of artisan crafted homewares imported from Italy.
A welcome addition to the neighborhood, the front of the space features a coffee bar, serving up a tempting selection of housemade breads, paninis and pastries as well as their line of Alimentari products.
In the back, you'll find a treasure trove of antique furniture, John Derian decoupage, Jill Platner jewelry, ceramics by Lana Kova and Jenny Min, and more.
