Not only is Trata a staple, but it's also the only Greek seafood restaurant in the Hamptons. Their menu not only offers great choices like crackling calamari and sautéed jumbo shrimp, but it also offers classic Greek dishes such as mussaka and Mediterranean sea bass. The restaurant is beautifully decorated in white, with several boxes full of vegetables that transport you to a Mediterranean market. We definitely recommend Trata if you're looking for a combination of seafood and elegance.
