If you're an eager beaver who can't wait to try out the newest place, head to the grand opening of Showfish at the new Gurney's Star Island in Montauk. There's a massive lobster tank, nine-foot seafood display and “vegetable butchery” station. As if that all wasn't enough, guests can also select and tag their catch for dinner as local fisherman arrive at their docks during the day.
