Or should we say pulling up?
Foodies, start your engines. Caviar and The MICHELIN Guide are bringing cult-favorite Manhattan eatery The Musket Room out East this weekend for a special three-day residency inside... a gourmet food truck?
Hey, whatever works!
For a limited time, customers in Southampton, Water Mill, and North Sea can order up a fancy king crab roll on the restaurant's famous Japanese milk bread, along with a red endive salad with fig, pistachio, pecorino, and mint. A prix fixe meal also includes a Meyer lemon tart for dessert and the option to add caviar into the mix (to pair, obviously, with your side of potato chips).
While the menu is available for both pickup and delivery via Caviar, hungry beachgoers who happen to pass by the truck, which will be parked in front of the Southampton History Museum, can also cool down with a pickup-only Oishi ice cream sandwich. Consider it Good Humor for grownups.
The aptly named "Weekender" pop-up kicks off on Friday, August 13th through Sunday, August 15th. Prepare your palates, people!
