With the decline of Sag Harbor's 17-year-old establishment Java Nation steams away, and a more upscale coffee establishment, Sag Town, has taken over.

Sag Town's upscale vibe is created with they're La Colombe brew program and La Marzocco machine, and Pure Black cold press. These adjustments aren't just heightening locals' caffeine levels, but the quality of coffee they're drinking too. ST's new manager Adam Fronc commented on Sag Harbor's reaction,

"The truth is, that through the gossip, and mixed reactions from hundreds of people I spoke with about this topic, I still have yet to learn what actually happened. That's why I am a fresh eye coming in, letting the supposed drama go, hoping to be accepted in the community, as well as embraced, and I aim to deliver fully in return."

Though mixed reviews will always be apparent with any change, there is one local who took to instagram saying that Sag Town is her

"New fave coffee shop in the Hamptons"

With drinks like the "La Colombe Torrefaction Monte Carlo Decaf Blend" it may be hard for Java Nation fans to not try what Sag Town has to offer. Check out a full menu HERE.
