Lenz Winery
Lenz Winery was born after the closure of Peter and Patricia Lenz's successful eatery in the '70s. Ready for a new adventure, they purchased a plot of land in the North Fork, and planted gewürztramine, cabernet sauvignon, merlot and a small amount of pinot noir grapes and, in the French and German tradition, waited years to develop deeper root structures before producing their own wines. Since then, though the vineyard has changed ownership, it has withstood the test of time with high quality, food-friendly wines. Book a tour at this beautiful property ASAP!
