Ginger is known to soothe an upset stomach, as well as alleviate nausea and the headaches that often accompany killer hangovers. To make the perfect cup of tea, grate ginger into a pot of boiling water. Boil it with some tea leaves on low for ten minutes. Strain out the ginger before drinking.
