Granola

Most granola contains way too much sugar, which makes you crave even more. A small amount is fine but tends not to be satisfying so you add a bit more, and a bit more, and before you know it, you've consumed an excessive amount of calories. One cup of granola can be up to 600 calories! That's 1/3 of a woman's recommended daily calorie intake. Instead, healthy cereals should be high in fiber, so granola may not be the way to go when you rise and shine...
