Don't have time/energy for a long workout today? Me neither. There are things you can do throughout the day to burn a few extra calories. No one's saying that these quick calorie-burning tips will get you into shape, but they have to be better than laying on your couch watching 16 and Pregnant for hours a day.

FitSugar put together this great list of things you can do to burn 250 calories:
-Take a brisk walk for an hour and 16 minutes
-Hop on a bike for a moderately-paced 28-minute ride
-Lace up your sneaks and run at a pace of 10 minutes/mile for 28 minutes
-Hit up the gym and swim laps for 26 minutes
-Take a cardio class for at least 28 minutes
-Vigorously jump rope for 23 minutes
