Twisteroni
Here's another exercise to do while you're cleaning the dishes. This takes two so grab your cousin or brother or anyone else looking to workout in the family. First, have one person (P1) stand by the kitchen sink and the other person (P2) an arm's length away from that person. Then, having with your back toward P2, pass a dish by twisting to the right and alternate sides until you've done it 30 times. Then switch places with your cleaning/workout buddy and repeat the following steps. This will workout your obliques and get the kitchen cleaned much faster!
