Beer
While this may seem like a "duh" category, the average beer, by itself, is one of the least caloric beverages one can drink in a night. The problem is the quantity. Because of its comparatively low alcohol content, beer encourages binge-drinking. Obviously, overweight frat boys should be avoiding keg stands. But the true test of the fit-smart drinker is picking the right beers, and drinking them in reasonable amounts.
