Science Says So
According to the American Chemical Society, chocolate has been scientifically proven to lower blood sugar and decrease body fat. You read that right - science says eating chocolate actually, honestly, and seriously causes you to lose weight. And of course, as science people do, the Chemical Society advises you munch in moderation, "one to two pieces" they say, but who's counting? We're most certainly not!
