Isabella Fracchiola
In June, 16-year-old Isabella Fracchiola fell to her death after trying to take a selfie on the seafront in Taranto, south-eastern Italy. She fell 60 feet on to jagged rocks and suffered injuries to her femur, pelvis, and head. She was rushed to a hospital but died shortly after.
