We all know how much the British royals love their hats, but no one has had as many occasions to don some serious headwear than Queen Elizabeth. Queen Elizabeth's rule began on February 6, 1952, and her hats have been the talk of the town ever since. This summer the Queen--along with the entire UK-- will celebrate her Diamond Jubilee, marking 60 years on the throne. It's estimated that the 85-year-old Queen has worn over 5,000 hats in her lifetime, each one more stylish than the next, and it would take weeks to look at all of her great looks.
