British socialite and actress Cressida Bonas may be more widely known as one of Prince Harry's high-profile ex-girlfriends, but now she can finally put that title behind her once and for all. Thanks, ironically enough, to a different well-bred Brit named Harry (who has a few royal connections of his own).
This weekend, Harry Wentworth-Stanley, Cressida’s longtime beau (whom she actually dated before the prince, and reconnected with again later) posted a happy photo of the pair in Nantucket with the caption “We getting married.”
Of course, the bride-to-be has her ring finger on full display, and it’s boasting quite the stunner. The vintage-inspired ring, by British jewelry designer Bear Brooksbank, features a large center diamond, surrounded by a halo of rubies, which is in turn surrounded by a halo of smaller diamonds. The Art Deco style is referred to as a target ring.
Besides the massive rock, Cressida has locked down quite a prize in her new fiancé. This Harry is an estate realtor in London and his step-father, George Mountbatten, 4th Marquess of Milford Haven, is Queen Elizabeth’s cousin.
Wonder if she’ll make an appearance at the wedding... or if Harry and Meghan will return the favor. After all, Cressida did show up to theirs.
