It appears the over-the-top traditions of MTV's My Super Sweet 16 are alive and well in 2017, thank god. At least for the daughter of legendary basketball player and pop culture icon, Shaquille O'Neal.
Over the weekend, Shaq reportedly dropped a cool million celebrating his daughter Amirah (a.k.a. Mimi)'s big birthday, renting out the entire rooftop of the W Hotel in Hollywood as well as gifting her a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon. Casual.
The nightclub-themed bash featured a performance by rapper YG and a photo booth where guests could prove that they "Ended up at Mimi's." Better than ending up at 1 OAK, we'd say.
