Rum BerryIngredients: 2.25 oz Flor de Caña 7 Year Grand Reserve 1 oz fresh lemon juice 1.25 oz simple syrup 1.5 oz diced long cucumber 1 large strawberry Instructions: Muddle cucumber and strawberry in cocktail shaker until the strawberry is pulverized. Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Strain over fresh ice into old fashioned glass. Prop slice of fresh strawberry onto rim of glass. [Photo & Recipe via]
