Because the novelty of instant photos that a camera magically spits out after you point and snap has not worn off and probably never will, at least for me. Plus, there's something about the lighting and chemicals in the film that make everyone look good in instant photos. These Fujifilm Instax minis are small and come in fun colors (I want the mint green).
