How did you first get into the luxury hospitality biz?
I started as a bellman 21 years ago and was lucky to have a boss, Bernard Goldberg, who became my mentor and taught me everything I know. I have always been interested in design and hospitality. I feel really lucky to have a job where I can combine both.
