Can you tell us a little about the City Club in NYC and how you got involved?
Me and my partners who also worked for Bernard Goldberg, were looking for a project since Mr. Goldberg sold his company in 1999. We bought this office building and converted it into a hotel. It was a huge construction project and took two years. We opened the City Club in September of 2001! Very tough time to open a hotel.
