BUTI
Sticking with the workout fusion trend is BUTI, which combines yoga and dance with circuits of plyometrics and conditioning. This high-intensity workout system brings a little flavor to the classroom with booty shaking beats and dance moves including Miami Booty Dance, Brazilian Baile Funk, Hip Hop, Crunk and African Tribal.
Classes range from 60-90 minutes and consist of deep stretching and heart-pounding cardio that creator, yoga and fitness expert, Bizzie Gold, says will get your abs and "BUTI" tight.
BUTI classes are springing up in studios all over L.A. so why not get your workout on and maybe learn a couple of moves you can bust out at Coachella that'll surprise your friends.
