AIR Aerial Fitness
If you want to try something new and challenging, aerial classes are for you. The classes at AIR start out with a workout combining Pilates, ballet and yoga for an intense workout. It will get you moving and bring out your sexy side with fluid movements to warm you up. The second part of the workout will challenge you to try out some tricks on the silk hammocks. Bring a friend along to do some cool moves together. The best part is that at the end of the class, the instructors stick around to help you get some Insta-worthy pictures.
