Sydney Sweeney Just Shared Her Workout Routine & It Is *Intense*

    She may play a girly girl on-screen (and on the red carpet), but when Sydney Sweeney is off duty, she isn't afraid to get her hands dirty - or her knuckles bruised. 

    Case in point: the Euphoria glamazon fixes up vintage cars in her spare time, and when she really wants to work up a sweat, her fitness routine is just as fierce. 

    Wondering how the star stays in such amazing fighting shape? The secret is apparently mixed martial arts, which she's been training in since she was 14. "I was the only girl at this dojo, and I wanted to fuck with all the guys’ [minds]," she recalled to Porter last year. "So, I got all-pink everything – wraps, gloves, mouthguard, everything – because when you walk into the ring as a girl wearing pink, the guys are like ‘whatever.’ But then, when you can kick their ass, it’s the greatest feeling ever."

    And if her latest Instagram post is any indication, girl can definitely kick plenty of ass. The video offers a peek into her very intense workout, which includes core work, boxing, and grappling with her trainer. The sweat sesh is so impressive, in fact, that it even earned a "Holy shit" comment from Sweeney's Euphoria co-star, Maude Apatow.
