Felicity JonesThere's more to the Sundance Film Festival than Tao, The Bing Bar and the swag. As a top destination for independent film, the festival turns young actresses into overnight stars. Just look at Carey Mulligan who became a-list and nabbed the most sought after lead in The Great Gatsby after An Education premiered in Park City in 2009. Let's check out this year's breakout actresses of Sundance 2011.

    Brit Marling

    Brit Marling

This starlet may be giving James Franco a run for his money as the most multi-talented person in Hollywood very soon. Brit Marling graduated from Georgetown University and took up investment banking before co-writing and producing two sci-fi flicks that she additionally starred in! One of the films has been snatched up by Fox Searchlight and her career as an actress and writer is about to take off. We can't wait to see what Brit Marling has in store for us in front of and behind the camera. [photo via]

    Lubna Azabal

Lubna Azabal is not exactly a rookie; she's already played the lead role in an Oscar nominated Palestinian film, been featured in a BBC drama, and graced the big screen in Body Of Lies. Azabal gave an incredible performance as the star of Incendies, which premiered at Sundance and snagged an Oscar nom. We think 2011 is going to be her year, and we're excited to watch her rise. Felicity Jones

Although Felicity Jones has been acting for at least a decade, her role in Like Crazy just pushed her into the spotlight after opening at Sundance. Paramount got its hands on the romantic drama which will definitely put her on the fast track to being the next in-demand actress. Although Kristen Stewart was chosen over Jones for the role of Snow White (lame!!!), Jones is sure to have Hollywood at her fingertips in no time. [photo via]

Let's hope the fame and Hollywood exposure doesn't get to these talented ladies and they can stay out of trouble. You hear that, girls? When someone asks you to carry their purse that has bindles of coke in gum wrappers, just say no.
