Congratulations on the band’s second Grammy nomination! How did it feel when you first found out?
The first Grammy nomination was totally bizarre. The second time around it’s kinda like – it’s like a validation that it’s not just a fluke. We can write music of a certain caliber. This time we didn’t have a feature [2013 Grammy nod ‘Nakamarra’ featuring A Tribe Called Quest rapper Q-Tip], so it’s more like a humble achievement that has occurred just by ourselves without [a] gimmick or anything. So, that was cool.
