Last Thursday, December 29, a series of fires was reported on and around Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, with the first occurring in the underground parking area of an apartment building on N. Fuller Ave. that destroyed four cars and spread to the first floor of the building. After a few more trash fires in the vicinity, the police arrested a 22-year old suspect named Samuel Arrington, who was detained by civilians while trying to light a pressure washer's fuel tank on fire. The case was
considered an isolated incident...
