The Golden State
This casual Fairfax establishment's name says it all, locally sourcing its delicious ingredients and products from the great state of California, from the Scoops gelato and local craft beers to the beef patties of their burgers. A simple menu means The Golden State has mastered the select items it offers to make them each the best they can be, however we prefer their burger. Served with applewood smoked bacon, arugula, and add-on options like caramelized onions and avocado, get their burger any way you like it and choose from one of their tasty sides (we recommend the jalapeño cabbage slaw!).
