Located in West Hollywood, the minimalist atmosphere of Michael Voltaggio's Ink. is likewise interpreted through its seasonal cocktail menu. Every season the two head bartenders, Gabriella Mlynarczyk and Brittani Rae Peterson (from SoHo House and Tar Pit), create ten new cocktails sure to please. If you stop in, try the Golden Ale, made with vodka, elderflower, lemon lime, honey, hot sauce, and salt, or the White Whiskey, with popcorn, cornmilk, lemon, and liquorice bitters. Price range $12-$16.
