There's a reason people love this coffee and line up out the door to order. The last time I was at the east side location, Silver Lake was in full effect: Missy Elliott among the other hip-hop was thumping, 'staches for days, nerd dates and beanies everywhere. They don't have non-fat skim milk because they need it to have a little bit of fat for the steaming or something. I don't really understand the reason, nor do I care even though I've been known to send back lattes with whole/low-fat milk (I can tell the difference and I do not like it) because whatever is it they are doing tastes great. Best cappuccino I've had in a while.
