Allumette
Miles Thompson, graduating from Nobu, Animal and Son of a Gun, branched off to be the head chef at Allumette. Set in the same location where his pop-up Vagrancy Project was held, Allumette takes on a French presentation with plates inspired by Italy, China, and Japan.
