There were over 72 billion hours of video consumed on YouTube in 2014 – and while that number is a tiny bit stomach-churning, it also contains some of the wildest, weirdest, and most brilliant stuff in the year in pop culture. We sifted through about a billion hours and humbly declare the year’s superlatives.
