Meditation is so important to you - can you tell us what your day is like before your show?
Pooja: I start with lighting a candle (flames promote positive energy) and then follow a 30-minute mediation, usually at the beach or pool. It's not about clearing your mind, but about focusing on your third eye or creative chakra that helps you through any anxiety or hurdles. I then follow with an hour run and stretching exercises. Right before the girls are about to go onto the runway, I take out my special statue of Ganesh and have them lightly touch it taking blessing from this higher energy. At this point we are all in sync.
