Tina Kim Gallery

Tina Kim Gallery is perhaps my favorite from the whole fair.

Known for highlighting works by Korean artists, and especially bringing the Dansaekwha art movement to American audiences, the Gallery’s exhibition has a mix of Korean and international artists both old and new.

Be sure to catch the three works by Suki Seokyeong Kang, who was featured in the Venice Biennale. Not to mention my favorite work by Ha Chong Hyun! He in many ways redefined the abstract movement by creating a technique of pushing paint from the back of the canvas using barbed wire.
