Tripoli Patterson
The son of art dealer Leonardo Patterson and surfer Terry Patterson, Tripoli Patterson inherited his cool from the best of both worlds. The Sag Harbor native, who spent time in Bali and New Zealand growing up, is as comfortable on a surf board as he is around art world greats (Lisa de Kooning is his godmother, Julian Schnabel is a family friend). Now an East End staple, Tripoli opened his namesake gallery in Southampton in 2009 when he was just a 24-year-old art dealer and just last year debuted a shiny new space in Wainscott.
