What: Harvard and Yale educated artist, Amar Bakshi connected Lower East Siders and Iranians in 2014 and is set to do it again in October at a gallery in Chelsea. Bakshi partners with another artist in Tehran and sets up a web-connected camera in both portals, allowing strangers to communicate despite the thousands of miles between them. So step into one of Bakshi's gold boxes and walk into a whole new world.
