Founded in 1925, this family-owned gem offers a wide selection of reads, prints and autographed photos. Although chances are, you’re not taking a signed letter from Gloria Vanderbilt or a first edition find with you to a garden party, there are plenty of (well-priced) history, poetry and other genre reads from which to choose. Make sure to stop by before the weekend (the shop is closed on Saturdays and Sundays) and check the weather report -the upper floors of this six-floor building can get quite hot on a summer afternoon!
