A swankier spot for candlelit date nights and sunny outdoor brunches, Cebu Bar and Bistro is a little pricier than other places in Bay Ridge, but it's worth it for the bites and the atmosphere. When locals are too lazy to go to the city, they get the same vibe here. We recommend the (very strong) sangria to accompany every meal, but the specialty cocktails are just as impressive.
