Raves began as secret parties, whose time and location were found the day of by, for example, calling a strange number. But now, they're usually Facebook events planned a month before. So add yourself to the many Facebook groups and add all the people that host these parties. Your inbox is guaranteed to be flooded with party invites. If you don't have a Facebook, take the subway to Bushwick around 11 PM Saturday night and just follow the noise.
