Egg is one of Williamsburg's busiest brunch spots, which means there's always a long wait. And for good reason. The food is always fresh because it comes directly from the owner's farm in Oak Hill, New York. Early risers who want to beat the crowd can get there when they open at 8:00 AM, or you can take your time and mosey in anytime until 6:00 PM.
