Wine and Shared Plate Pairings at the Brooklyn Winery
Brooklyn Winery is one of the few places that treats wine like beer, rather than vice versa. Whether it's the wine flights or wine growlers, there is an easy way to go through all of their wines. Fruity yet devoid of over-sweetness, their hands-off philosophy to wine making pays off.

For a late snack, their shared plates work well with the wines--a Riesling from Finger Lakes with roasted autumn squares, a Petite Syrah with duck pate. And how could you not try a wine named Royal Tannin Bomb? On top of that, the bar's style remains closer to Williamsburg than to Napa Valley with wine racks made from WWII ammo boxes and a low-lit decor.
